ALL MERCHANDISE THAT IS RETURNED MUST BE RECEIVED IN NEW, ORIGINAL AND UNUSED CONDITION, ALONG WITH ALL ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER BOXES, MANUALS, AND BOOKLETS WITH PACKAGING AND ACCESSORIES INTACT. RBC ON BENHALF OF MTM SPECIAL OPS PROVIDES A NON-TRANSFERABLE THREE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY.
THE WARRANTY STARTS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE AND COVERS ALL DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP. IT DOES NOT APPLY TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OR TO ABUSE AND EXCLUDES THE WATCH CASE, CRYSTAL (GLASS), STRAP, BRACELET AND CHARGING UNIT (IF INCLUDED). IN THE EVENT OF A DEFECT OR MALFUNCTION WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD, YOUR WATCH WILL BE SERVICED UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS.
